Manuel recently defended his Doctoral Thesis entitled “The Role of T cells in Gut Barrier Integrity: Implications for Inflammaging, Senescence and Aging-Related Multimorbidity”. His outstanding work has been recognized for its excellence achieving the highest distinction of “Sobresaliente Cum Laude”.
